Together with the completed application form the annexes have to be submitted by February 27, 2026, 13:00 CET
Applications that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline will not be taken into consideration. Each group may only submit one application.
The following annexes are to be uploaded after registration:1. CVs of all applicants in tabular form with list of publications (max. 1 page each).2. Presentation of the conference topic with a concise outline of the key questions and goals (max. 3000 words, including bibliography/references, tables and diagrams): Emphasis must be laid on • the particular of the conference, • which further results and outputs will be generated, • how the stated goals can be achieved through the conference and • what contribution the funding makes to the career development of the organizers.3. List of Freiburg speakers. (Name, work address and position, email address.) Mention tentative acceptances if available.4. List of invited external speakers. (Name, work address and position, email address.) Mention tentative acceptances if available.5. Program structure: presentation of the workshop/conference schedule (max. 2 pages, graph presentation possible.)6. Calculation of costs (refer to instructions on https://uni-freiburg.de/frias/frias-conferences-guidelines-cost-calculation/). It is highly recommended that applicants consult FRIAS - see contact below - beforehand regarding the budget.
The documents must be submitted in PDF format. The application language is English. The specifications for page and word limits are binding.
